X线辐射损伤对小鼠睾丸生精上皮结构的改变 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨X线辐射对小鼠睾丸生精上皮结构的改变。方法成年雄性小鼠15只,随机分为辐射组和对照组。辐射组小鼠接受1.0Gy剂量X线全身照射,于照射后16h和4w观察生精细胞超微结构的改变。结果X线辐射后,生精小管内呈现生精细胞的变性坏死:细胞质固缩,细胞膜破裂,坏死脱落,主要集中在精原细胞和初级精母细胞的变性。随着照射时间的延长,管腔内生精细胞层数明显减少,生精上皮明显变薄,成熟精子明显减少甚至缺少,各生精小管形状不规则,管腔间隙增大。结论X线辐射可引起小鼠睾丸内生精上皮结构的明显损伤,且睾丸细胞的损伤程度和照射时间呈正相关。 Objective To explore the effects of X - ray irradiation on the structure of spermatogenic epithelium in the mouse testis. Methods 15 male adult mice were randomly divided into irradiation group and control group. One group received whole - body of x-ray exposure at dose level of 1.0Gy. Then, testicular tissues were prepared 16 hours and 4 weeks after irradiation. The structural changes of spermatogenic epithelium were observed at 16 hours and 4 weeks. Results It showed that X - ray irradiation caused significant changes in cytoplasm pycnosis, membranolysis, necrosis, defluvium in spermatogenic cell, and spermatogonia and primary spermatocyte are the most susceptible cells; the number of spermatogenic cell obviously diminishs; spermatogenic epithelium obviously thins; spermatozoon obviously diminishs or vanishs. The shape of seminiferous tubule becomes irregular, the interspace of seminiferous tubule cavity enlarges. Conclusion The results suggest that X - ray irradiation may cause significant injury in the structure of mouse spermatogenie epithelium. Injury degree is positively correlative with irradiation time
