摘要
即时消息(Instant Messaging,IM)系统跟电子邮件系统一样,都是互联网应用的成功典范。它诞生时间不长却给人们的工作和生活带来了深刻变化。即时消息通过互联网给人们提供便捷通信手段,但在企业中的应用却受到了很多挑战。笔者结合当前企业即时消息功能特点分析出面临的问题,并提出了一种基于可扩展消息与存在协议(Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol,以下简称XMPP)的企业即时消息技术,并对相关要点和难点进行了分析和研究。
In common with e-mail systems, Instant Messaging systems are also a successful example of Intemet applications. Even though existing for only a short time, it has brought people the profound changes with respect to working and living. In this paper, the faced problems has been ponited out by analying, the features of IM in current enterprises. A IM technology based on XMPP has been put forwarded and the key technical point and difficulties are discussed.
