This paper introduces VolP technology and the theory and method of the real time conference call system based on Internet environment and VoIP technology. Mainly discusses the key technology of data compression algorithm, IP network broadcast and the control of conference call. Tests have shown that this technology is easier to implement, its function is reliable.
