物流金融研究综述

Review on the Research of Logistics Finance

物流金融是面向物流业的一种创新运营方式,通过物流企业和银行的合作,有效地组织和调剂物流领域中资金和信息的运动,达到信息流、物流和资金流的有效统一。文章通过对物流金融的相关文献进行分析总结,指出相关研究中所存在的问题,并就进一步研究提出展望。

Logistics finance is an incentive operation fashion for the logistics industry. Through the cooperation of logistics company and bank, it effectively organizes and corresponds the movement of capital and information to logistics to achieve the effective unites of logistics, capital and information flow. This paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant literatures＂ on the logistics finance. At the same time, this paper points out the existing problems within the field of financial logistics and looks forward to the future of the researeh.
