摘要
客户物流需求是专业物流企业发展的基础,弄清客户的真正需要,满足其需要,为客户提供高附加值的"魅力"服务,是物流企业赢得客户的"灵丹妙药"。文章对客户的物流服务需求进行了多角度分析,进而指出了专业物流企业经营管理的要点,即为客户提供附加值服务、完善自身软硬件建设、建立双赢战略。
The customer requirement in the logistics is the deVelopmental foundation of normal logistics company. Providing the services attached high value, based on understanding and meeting the customeVs real needs, is a good idea to make the customer satisfactory.
