摘要 文章对人们首选的生鲜农产品——果蔬类农产品的物流模式进行研究,通过国内外农产品物流发展现状的对比分析,以供应链理论为基础,构建了以生鲜农产品加工配送中心为核心,以上游农户以及批发市场、下游生鲜超市为主要节点企业的果蔬类农产品供应链的物流模式,从而减少果蔬类农产品流通环节,降低物流成本,提升流通价值,进而推动果蔬类农产品市场的高效运营。 This paper is to focus the research on people's first choice of fresh product-the fruit and vegetable product, and by making a contradiction between home and abroad in fresh product logistics, based on the theory of supply chain, it establishes a logistics mode by building a supply chain of fruit and vegetable product, fresh produce and processing center at the core, farmers and wholesale market at the upper reach and fresh product supermarket at the lower reach, in order to accelerate the development of fruit and vegetable logistics, reduce the circulation process and the logistics cost, and realize the value-add effect, and then to promote the market of fruit and vegetable product running efficiency.
