摘要 纤维素是地球上数量最大的可再生资源,利用纤维素酶将其转化为人类急需的能源、食物和化工原料,对于人类社会解决能源危机、食物短缺和环境污染具有重大的现实意义。作者介绍了纤维素酶分子特性及作用机理,综述了近年来基因克隆、理性设计和定向进化等分子生物学技术在纤维素酶改造方面的研究进展。 Cellulose is the most abundant renewable natural biological resource. It has great realistic meaning for human being to solve energy crisis, food shortage and environment pollution that using cellulose to transform cellulose into energy, Chemical material and food. It introduces molecular characteristics and mechanism about cellulase and summarizes the progress of some molecular biology technologies in designing cellulase in this paper.
