随着我国西部大开发战略全面部署与开展,西部人力资源的匮乏以及利用率低下问题的解决已经变得刻不容缓.为政之要,惟得人.论述了西部地区人力资源的现状和问题,指出西部地区人力资源的管理开发策略,旨在为西部地区人力资源开发和经济发展提供理论指导.

Along with the developing of western region development policy,it become imperative that the problem solving of the deficient and the low using of manpower resources.It is important for political affairs to obtain talent.The current situation and problems of manpower resources in the western region of China were discussed.The author further suggests the exploit and Management tactics on the Manpower resources and the purpose of this paper is to provide the theoretical guidance for exploit on the manpower resources and economical development in the western region of China.
