摘要
师德建设是一个全面系统的工程,从教育主体的视角出发,应当注意以下三个方面:对教育事业的信仰是教育主体的终极价值追求;"以身示范"是教育主体获得最佳教育效果的主要手段;对教育的坚守是教育主体应当具有的道德自律。这三个方面相互联系,互为补充,共同构成教育主体的教育素养。每个教育者都应当以此为自己的追求,身虽不及,心向望之。
