The Rational Requirements of Accomplishing Thought and Politics Work in Colleges and Universities for Changes of Contemporary College Students' Values

当代大学生是国家和民族的希望,是祖国的建设者和栋梁,但市场经济的迅速发展,就业压力的不断加大,意识形态的多元化等种种因素,使当代大学生的价值观基础、价值判断标准、价值取向均发生着较大转变。因此,如何面对这种转变,以高尚的师德风范、高质量的高校德育和良好的育人环境积极引导大学生确立正确的价值观念是新形势下做好高校思政工作的理性要求。

The contemporary college students are the hope of the state, the future constructors and pillars of our country. However, the base, standard and orientation of their values have changed greatly owing to the rapid development of market economy, the greater pressure of hunting a job felt by them under such a circumstance and the pluralistic ideology. Therefore, how to direct college students to establish correct values with the help of noble morals, high quality moral education and good teaching environment is our rational requirements that should be satisfied by our educators.
