摘要
甘肃省少数民族地区中小学校园文化建设的主要制约因素是经济贫困问题,这是勿庸置疑的。但是,我们决不能忽视另一个方面,即文化及其它上层建筑亦会产生强大的反作用。本文探讨如何在经济条件相对落后的状况之下,有效发挥校园文化的"治愚"功能,培养德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的高素质劳动者,为经济建设服务的问题。
Poverty is the main factor that restricts the construction of school culture in primary and middle school of minority areas in Gansu Province. There' s no doubt about it. But we can never lose sight of another aspect--culture and other superstructure may influence economy greatly in turn. This thesis focuses on how to bring school culture's function of "treat foolishness" into play and train high-quality workers who are fully developed in ethic, intellect, physique, beauty and labor in the relatively backward economic condition so as to serve for the economic development.
