摘要
通过降低培养基的pH值的方式,培养驯化酒醅中的曲霉菌株,并筛选出耐酸性较强的菌株,从而获得耐酸性淀粉酶。
Aspergillus in femented grains was domesticated and cultured by decreasing the pH value of the medium. And the acidstable strain was screened, which has the ability to synthesize acid - amylase.
