农民工的社会养老保险参与问题——基于北京、深圳、苏州和成都四城市调查数据分析

The Rural-Urban Migrant Workers' Participation of Pension System——An analysis base on the data of Beijing,Shenzhen,Suzhou and Chengdu

调查分析发现:农民工的性别、年龄、受教育程度等社会人口特征对于农民工是否参保回归模型解释的贡献较小,而农民工所属单位性质、劳动合同签订情况、工作变动次数以及农民工所在城市等制度性特征对回归模型解释的贡献最大。存钱养老、养儿防老、农村社会养老保险等其他养老措施对农民工是否参加养老保险有一定的替代效用。商业保险在农民工社会养老保险的参与问题上基本没有影响。

By analyzing the logistic model of survey data in four Chinese cities, it is found that the contribution comes from social demography characteristics （such as gender, age, education etc.） to the participate logistic model is relatively small, the system characteristics（such as unit-sort, whether or not sign contract, the frequency of profession moving and the city which rural-urban migrant work） have larger contribution to the model. Saving, having children against age and rural pension system seem as have some substitute effect on rural-urban workers participate pension system. Commercial insurance almost has on effect on rural-urban workers participate pension system.
