摘要
甘肃省是我国人力资源过剩情况最为严重的省份之一。近年来我省的人力资源开发虽然已经取得了突出的成就,但是仍然存在许多问题,需要通过创新思路和战略,进一步推进人力资源开发上水平上档次。
