摘要
研究了TiO2纳米粉体、分散剂种类、粘合剂用量、温度等因素对整理后织物UVA/UVB透过率的影响.采用正交实验法进行了工艺优化分析,形成了最佳的整理工艺组合.实验表明,经纳米材料整理后的抗紫外线织物具有良好的耐洗涤性能.
The factors of nano-TiO2 powder, type of disperse agents, bonding agent quantity and temper ature which influence the ratio of UVA/UVB transmitted on finished fabric were analyzed . The opti mum techniques was obtained by using optimum experimental method. The results show that the fin ished fabric with anti-ultraviolet nano-material has good laundry-proof property .
