Study of reactive dyes with low salt dyeing

根据活性染料特征值SEFR选择3类不同特征值的活性染料，每一类选3种，共计9种．分别对特征值高、中、低的3类染料进行低盐染色工艺实验．实验表明，SEFR值中等的一类染料适合进行低盐染色，其固色率均在70％左右，盐的用量为常规用量的1／4～1／3，浴比为10：1，其中以无水硫酸钠与柠檬酸钠2：1复配效果最佳．

According to the SEFR value of reactive dyes, three different types of dyes were chosen in the experiment. Each type included 3 dyes, amount to 9 dyes. Three types dyes whose value are high, middie and low were dyed by low salt dyeing process. The conclusion has been drawn that the dyes with middle SEFR value are fitting for low salt dyeing. Its fixation is about 70%. The salt dosage is 1/4-1/ 3. Liquor ratio is 10 ： 1. The mixture of anhydrous sodium sulfate and sodium citrate is the best on condition that the ratio of their dosage is 2 ： 1.
