摘要
以陕西省传统纺织行业XH纺织企业的典型并购行为作为主要研究对象,识别了文化冲突的主要影响因素.以文化刚性、文化势能作为文化冲突传导变量,对企业并购中的文化冲突传导机理进行了实证分析.提出了企业并购文化冲突的整合措施,以期对我国并购企业文化冲突问题的解决途径和机制的设计提供参考,增强企业竞争力.
Based on a typical merger and acquisition(M&A) case occurred in XH Textile Co. , Ltd. in Shaanxi province, the main factors of cultural conflict were identified, cultural rigidity and cultural potential energy were introduced as conduction variables, conduction mechanism of cultural conflict in the enterprise M&A was studied empirically and some integration measures of cultural conflict in the enterprise M&A were put forward, in the hope of helping design effective solutions and mechanism for culture conflict and integration in enterprise to enhance its core competence.
