基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子在卵巢肿瘤中的研究

摘要 目的探讨细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导因子的结构和功能及在卵巢肿瘤细胞浸润和转移中的作用及其与基质金属蛋白酶之间的关系。方法查阅近几年的相关文献,讨论两者在卵巢肿瘤的发生及发展中的作用。结果EMMPR IN可以通过刺激肿瘤细胞和肿瘤有关的成纤维细胞,使MMPs合成增加,从而促进卵巢肿瘤细胞的浸润和转移。结论通过研究EMMPR IN和MMPs的作用机制及其信号转导途径,阻断其表达或功能,从而为有效的抑制肿瘤细胞的浸润和转移开辟了一条新的途径。
