新疆部分少数民族饮食结构存在的问题及对策

Problem in Diet Construction of Minority in Xinjiang and Countermeasure

本文分析了新疆八个主要居住少数民族的饮食结构及生活习惯,并与中国营养学会设计的《中国居民平衡膳食宝塔》作了比较,指出了主要居住少数民族饮食结构和生活习惯中不合理的方面,同时针对饮食习惯中存在的问题提出了建议。

In this article the diet construction of eight kinds of minority in Xinjiang is analyzed, and compared with the ＂Chinese Residents＇Balanced Diet Guideline＂ designed by Chinese Nutrition Society. It indicates the diet structure of minorities and the unreasonable parts of habits and customs. Countermeasure is also given to solve the problem.
