随着高等教育的快速发展,高校领导干部已经成为了一个不可忽视的重要领导群体。在社会转型时期,一些高校领导干部权力观发生错位,出现了官本位或权力寻租等现象。对这一群体进行权力观教育应有针对性,从加强制度建设、克服官本位思想、建立健全干部选拔与任用制度等方面入手。

Thus the corresponding power education to this group should be targeted, it is necessary to strengthen the system construction, correct the wrong officialoriented idea, establish and improve cadre selection and appointment system etc., so that they could use their powers to better serve the people.
