Practice and Consideration of Land Management in Longyan

土地作为城市经济中最主要、最活跃的要素,是城市经济发展的基本载体,在城市建设中起着关键性作用。本文从分析龙岩中心城市土地经营实践出发,指出了当前中心城市土地经营存在的问题,提出了推进中心城市土地经营的对策。

Land, as the most important and most active element in urban economy, is a basic carrier of urban economic development and plays a crucial role in urban construction. This paper, after an analysis on the practice of the land management in Longyan, points out the existing problems in the urban land management and put forward some countermeasures to promote the land management.
