创建阳光俱乐部对肿瘤化疗患者社会支持及依从性的影响

Influence of the "Sunshine Club" on the Social Support and Compliance of Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的研究创建"阳光俱乐部"对肿瘤化疗患者社会支持及依从性的影响。方法选择2006年1—9月符合条件54例患者为对照组,2006年10月—2007年10月符合条件60例患者为观察组,对照组接受肿瘤内科常规护理,观察组在常规护理的同时参加"阳光俱乐部"的各项活动。采用社会支持评定量表、自行制定的依从性问卷,在化疗周期结束时分别评估和比较两组患者在社会支持和依从性方面的差异。结果观察组的社会支持3项得分和依从性评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论"阳光俱乐部"创建可提高肿瘤化疗患者的社会支持和依从性。

Objective To study the influence of the ＂Sunshine Club＂ on the social support and compliance of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods 54 patients hospitalized between Jan. to Sept., 2006 qualified for the inclusion in the study who underwent chemotherapy included in the control group, which was offered conventional nursing of medical oncology, and 60 qualified cases hospitalized between Oct. 2006 and Oct. 2007 were included in the observation group, which, besides being offered the conventional nursing, was organized to attend the activities of the ＂Sunshine Club＂. At the end of the chemotherapy, by menas of SSRS and self-designed questionnaire on patients＇ compliance, an assessment was made of the differences in the social support and compliance of the two groups. Results The scores in compliance and the three items of the social support of the observation group were marked- ly superior to those of the control group, with the differences being statistically significant （P〈0.001）. Conclusion The ＂Sunshine Club＂ can increase the social support and compliance of the patients undergoing chemotherapy.
