摘要
对塑性沉降裂缝、塑性收缩裂缝、温度应力裂缝、施工工艺质量引起的裂缝和原材料质量引起的裂缝的成因进行了分析,提出针对性的预防措施。并将这些措施运用到750 kV贺兰山—黄河输电线路工程中,和同类型的灌注桩相比,该工程完工后桩身和联梁表面平整光滑,完全没有裂缝。该预防措施取得了良好的效果。
The paper analyzes the causes of crack, which are induced by plastic settlement, plastic shrinkage, temperature stress, technology & quality of construction and raw material quality. Some preventive measures are proposed and used in 750 kV Helan Mountain-Yellow River transmission project. Comparing with the same type of bored concrete pile, the surface of the pile body and binding beam is smooth and entirely fi'ee of crack after project completion. The preventive measures have gained a good effect.
