摘要
大唐韩城发电厂3号主变压器运行中进行定期色谱分析时,乙炔含量突然超过注意值。分析发现,在对该主变进行接地网改造的过程中,焊接固定桩时产生的局部高温导致变压器绝缘油受热分解。本文通过实例提醒同行注意:变压器外部人为活动也可能对变压器油色谱分析产生影响。
The acetylene content exceeds alert value when regularly analyzing the chromatographic in the oil of No.3 main transformer in operation in Hancheng Power Plant. The analysis results show that, during retrofitting the grounding network for the main transformer, local high temperature when welding the fixed pile can cause the thermal decomposition of transformer dielectric oil. This case reminds that chromatographic analysis may be impacted by human activity outside the transformer.
