Application of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT) in Excitation System

随着电力电子技术的迅猛发展,IGBT(绝缘栅双极型晶体管模块)等大功率晶体管日益得到广泛应用。本文结合陕西华电蒲城发电有限责任公司1号发电机组励磁系统存在的问题,对IGBT在励磁调节中的工作原理、使用中应注意的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决办法。

With the rapid development of power electronic technology, high power transistor such as IGBT is adopted more widely. Combined with the prohlems existed in the excitation system of No.1 generating set in Shaanxi Pudian Power Generation Corp., Ltd., the working principle of IGBT when regulating the excitation and its cautions in application are analyzed. Finally, the solutions are proposed.
