In the light of insufficient understanding on enterprise＇ s economic activities analysis, a method to effectively develop the enterprise＇s economic activities analysis is proposed. In order to find out existing problems in operating activities, exploit the enterprise＇s earning potential and make a maximum economic profit for an enterprise with minimum risk ＆ best financial control, it is necessary to strengthen leadership, perfect the system, make the responsibility clear, establish complete analysis system for operating indexes and use effective analysis method for economic activities.
