摘要
首先分析了艺术性的内涵,阐述了管理艺术主要是管理者(领导)行使管理职能的艺术;其次,分析了管理者个人素质的特征;最后,重点讨论了管理者在4个方面处理问题的艺术与技巧,以及其在具体管理工作中的应用。
Firstly, the connotation of artistry is analyzed, it＇s expounded that the art of management is mostly the art of executing administration function for manager. Secondly, the personal quality features of the manager are studied. Finally, the art and skills to handle a problem in four aspects for the manager arid its application in the management are discussed.
