Practice and Experience of Agricultural Scientific Research Management

以黑龙江省农业科学院大豆研究所日常科研管理工作为基本素材,主要介绍了农业科研的特点、科研管理工作中的学术委员会管理制度、科研项目管理、档案管理、科技成果知识产权管理、人才培养和科研合作等方面内容,进而浅谈了进一步做好科研管理工作的几点体会。

Based on the routine management of scientific research in Soybean Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, we mainly introduced the characteristics of agricultural scientific researches, academic committee administration system, scientific research project management,archives management, intellectual property management of scientific and technological achievements, talent training and scientific research cooperation, and other aspects refer to the field of agricultural scientific researches. Several experiences were discussed for the further better management of scientific researches.
