经自然管壁的内镜手术(NOTES)研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 随着微创技术的发展,腹部外科经历了由传统的开腹手术到腹腔镜微创的阶段。近年来腹壁无瘢痕手术(scarless surgery)成为人们关注的热点,其基本方法是经自然孔道切口将软式内镜进入腹腔进行手术操作,具有腹壁无瘢痕、术后疼痛轻、创口更小、解决部分腹腔镜或传统手术难以解决的问题等优势。经自然管壁的内镜手术(Natural orifice translumenal endoscopic surgery,NOTES)目前还处于研究阶段,其应用前景为内镜学家和外科医师广泛的关注。
