Cutaneous pili migrans with pseudofolliculitis barbae:a case report

报告1例须部假性毛囊炎。患者男,25岁。右侧颏部出现一3cm长的线状限局性、复发性红色丘疹及脓疱4个月。经检查证实该线状损害是一根在真皮浅层潜行的毛发。根据病史及皮肤科检查确诊为须部假性毛囊炎。

A case of cutaneous pih migrans with pseudofollicuhtis barbae is reported. A 25-year-old male presented with a linear lesion 3 cm long accompanied with circumscribed recurrent papules and pustules on his lower right jaw for more than 4 months. An isolated hair shaft burrowing in the uppermost dermis of the linear lesion was revealed by examination. A diagnosis of cutaneous pill migrans with pseudofolliculitis barbae was finally made according to the history and the dermatological examination.
