阐述绿色OA的特点,包括实现的方式、仓储使用的主流软件及遵循的OAI协议以及绿色OA对学术成果的影响;分析实现绿色OA的影响因素;重点分析和讨论绿色OA的"存档"与"开放"策略的最新研究进展,介绍ID/OA模式在机构存储中的运用。
This paper firstly introduces the characteristics of green OA, including the implementation approaches, the popular softwares and OAI protocol, and its impact upon research outcomes. It also analyses the influencing factors in implementing green OA. The paper focuses on the recent progress of the Green OA＇ s mandated deposit and optional access strategy. Finally, the application of ID/ OA model is demonstrated.
