摘要
结合近年来上海图书馆的实践,归纳文献服务的资源、馆员、内容、渠道和用户方面所呈现的融合趋势,介绍个性化网络集成、文献知识的数据挖掘、嵌入用户信息系统的文献解决方案三种文献创新服务模式;并针对图书馆文献服务如何充分利用专业优势来满足用户多样性需求,通过探索新的服务形态和模式,争取成为开放的、社会信息服务链中重要的一环,提供案例与工作思路。
The paper introduces the trends in the merge of library resources, librarians, contents, channels and customers combined with the practice in Shanghai library. Three different innovative service modes are concluded and discussed ,including the individualized paperless service,comprehensive data mining of documents and the integration of document service into user' s work/low. Case studies and developing approaches are probed to find out how the library can fulfill various users' information needs and become a critical link in the open and so- cialized information service chain through the comprehensive utilization of professional advantages and the innovative service modes.
