RANTES在HPV感染的子宫颈鳞癌及癌前病变中的表达

Expression of RANTES in squamous carcinoma of the cervix and precancerosis infected by HPV

目的探讨趋化因子RANTES在人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的子宫颈鳞癌及癌前病变中的表达。方法用免疫组化方法对133例HPV阳性病例子宫颈组织中趋化因子RANTES进行检测。其中正常子宫颈组织10例,子宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级各30例,子宫颈鳞癌33例。结果RANTES在子宫颈鳞癌组的阳性表达率较CIN组和正常对照组显著增高(P<0.01),其阳性表达强度亦较CIN组和正常对照组显著增高(P<0.01)。CIN组内的阳性表达率和阳性表达强度随分级升高而增高,且各组之间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CINⅢ组的阳性表达率和阳性表达强度较正常对照显著增高(P<0.05);CINⅠ、Ⅱ与正常组比较其阳性表达率和阳性表达强度均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论RANTES与HPV感染的子宫颈鳞癌及癌前病变密切相关.

Purpose To investigate the expression of chemokine RANTES in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer infected by human papilloma virus（HPV）.Methods RANTES expression was studied using immunohistochemical straining with paraffin sections of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,cervical cancer and control tissue,including 10 cases of normal cervix,90 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and 35 cervical cancers.Results The positive expression rate of RANTES in cervical cancer were all significantly higher than CIN groups and normal group（P〈0.01）.So was the positive expression level of RANTES（P〈0.01）.From CIN Ⅰgroup to CIN Ⅲ group,the positive expression rate and level of RANTES increased gradually,the difference between each group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The positive expression rate and the positive expression level of RANTES in CIN Ⅲ were all significantly higher than normal group（P〈0.05）;But there were no difference between CINⅠ,Ⅱgroups and normal group（P〉0.05）.Conclusions RANTES has a close association with the development of cervical diseases with HPV infection.
