Taking the PHOENIX NEW LAND in Liaocheng for example, this paper evaluates the satisfaction degree of the customer to purchase residential building, based on a sufficiency survey of consideration. Through the method of value engineering, the paper sets up a model of optimizition. It makes reference to the customer during the purchase of buying high quality with low cost.
