摘要
在多业务组合分析中,波士顿矩阵(BCGMatrices)因其动态定量鲜明的特点,应用于大企业集团战略研究中。而GE矩阵则更切合企业实际和产业特征,在考虑市场增长率的同时,考虑了盈力能力和市场结构等因素。运用以上两种业务组合模型理论,对华锡集团的现有产品进行分析和评价,提出公司的战略定位和建议。
Having dynamic and quantitative distinctive characteristics,BCG Matrices has been used for big enterprise in combination strategic research. However, GE Matrix is more in accordance with actual of the enterprise and industrial characteristics because of considering some factors such as market growth rate ,profitability and market structure. It will analysis and evaluate existing product of Huaxi with two product combination models,then put forward strategic orientation of the enterprise and give suggestions.
