TreY-TreZ途径高产海藻糖菌株的筛选

Screening of microbial strains with high-yield of trehalose by TreY-TreZ pathway

摘要 为筛选能以TreY-TreZ途径合成海藻糖的菌株,对采自鲁山中汤温泉水样、温泉土样及面粉厂附近的土样,经高渗平板高温培养,以碘-淀粉水解圈作为初筛方法,通过TLC及HPLC检测,获得了2株产海藻糖的节杆菌属新菌株,经过初步的途径验证,证实这2株菌均以TreY-TreZ途径生成海藻糖。 To obtain the microbial strains which can produce trehalose by TreY-TreZ pathway, the water and soil collected from the hot spring in Lushan Zhongtang and the soil nearby flourmill were collected for the screening. With high temperature and high osmotic pressure cultivation, two Arthrobacter strains, which could produce trehalose, were isolated by primarily screening of iodine-starch hydrolysis halos method and detection of TLC and HPLC. Further study proved that both strains synthesized trehalose by TreY-TreZ pathway.
