643例CT与模拟定位机引导经皮肺穿刺活检术的临床比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨CT与模拟定位机引导经皮肺穿刺活检术对肺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法应用DLTRA CUT型18 G软组织切割式活检针,在1998年10月~2007年1月期间应用CT与模拟定位机引导经皮肺穿刺活检643例患者。随机分为CT组323例、模拟定位机组320例。结果两组间活检的比较,CT组诊断准确率90.1%,模拟定位机组诊断准确率89.4%,无统计学差异。结论CT与模拟定位机引导经皮肺穿刺活检术都是一种比较安全、可靠的辅助诊断技术。 Objective To explore the significance of lung biopsy by CT or simulator guided percutaneous paracentesis in the diagnosis of space occupying lesions of the lung tumor. Methods Six hundreds and forty-three patients with space occupying lesions of the lung underwent lung biopsy by CT or simulator guided percutaneous paracentesis and DLTRA CUT 18G soft tissue cutting biopsy needles. Results The diagnosis rate was 90.1% by CT guided, the diagnosis rate was 89.4% by simulator guided. No statistic difference was found. Conclusion Both CT or simulator guided percutaneous needle aspiration biopsy of lung tumor iisa safe and practical technique.
