摘要
目的:探讨PD-L1和PD-L2在口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)组织中的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组化方法检测30例口腔扁平苔藓组织和10例正常黏膜组织中PD-L1、PD-L2的表达,并对其表达与年龄、性别、病程、是否伴有异常增生等进行相关分析,以及对口腔扁平苔藓组织中PD-L1和PD-L2表达的相关性进行分析。结果:PD-L1在OLP组织的表达高于正常黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(p=0.04),而PD-L2的表达亦高于正常组织,且具有统计学意义(p<0.01)。PD-L1、PD-L2的表达与性别、年龄、病程、临床分型、活检部位、是否伴有异常增生无关(p>0.05)。PD-L1和PD-L2在OLP组织的表达相关性无统计学意义(p>0.05),但在OLP组织上皮层两者表达相关性有显著的统计学意义(R=1.000,p<0.01)。结论:PD-L1和PD-L2在OLP的发生及发展中起重要作用,可能成为治疗OLP的一个新的靶点。
Objective:To approach the expression and its significance of Programmed death-1 ligand (PD-L1) and Programmed death-2 ligand (PD-L2) in oral lichen planus (OLP). Method: The expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in 30 OLP tissues and 10 nomal oral mucosa tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlation analysis was performed among the expression with patient's age, sex, course and the severity of pathological lesion. The correlation analysis had also been made between PD-L1 and PD-L2 in OLP. Result: PD-L1 expression was higher in OLP tissues than that in nomal oral mucosa tissues (P=0.04), and PD-L2 expression was significantly higher in OLP tissues than that in nomal oral mucosa tissues (P〈0.01). There was no correlation among the expression of PD-L1 or PD-L2 with patient's age, sex, course, clinical classfication, biopsy position and the severity of pathological lesion (P〉0.05). The expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in OLP had no correlation (P〉0.05), but there was a positive correlation between expression of PD-L1 and PD-L2 in epithe- lial lamina of OLP (R=I.000,P〈0.01). Conclusion: PD-L1 and PD-L2 play a very important role in the development of OLP, and may be a new taget to treat OLP.
