正畸治疗中磨牙的拔除和保留(三十五)——第三磨牙缺失和发育异常的矫治设计

Orthodontic treatments according to the variatin of third molars

目的:总结涉及第三磨牙变异的矫治设计方案。方法:调查100例14～43岁涉及拔除磨牙的正畸患者,其中66例第三磨牙缺失、过小或阻生。对此类病例的矫治方案设计进行分析总结。结果:第三磨牙变异较大,相对应的减数设计方案多样而复杂。结论:理解和认识第三磨牙变异情况有助于在矫治中灵活、合理设计磨牙的拔除与保留。

Objective： To summarize orthodontic treatments according to the variation of third molars. Method： The absence, microdontia and impaction of third molars of 100 orthodontic patients with molar extraction, aged from 14 to 43, and the variation of their treatments were analysed. Result： The variation of third molars was large, while the corresponding design for exraction was complicated. Conclusion： Understanding the variation of third molars helps the reasonable design for extraction or preservation of molars.
