两个自组装型水杨醛氨基乙酸席夫碱配合物的合成及活性 被引量:1

摘要 在室温下的乙醇体系中,设计合成了两种新型的含有水杨醛氨基乙酸席夫碱的配合物(C9H7NO3)Cu(C14H12N2)·H2O(1)和(C9H7NO3)Ni(C3H4N2)3·H2O(2).这两个配合物分别通过元素分析、红外光谱和紫外光谱进行了表征,并用X射线衍射方法测定了它们的晶体结构.对于配合物1,中心金属铜处于四方锥构型环境,分子间经由氢键O4―H2W…O3,O4―H2W…O3#1(#1:-x+1,y,-z+3/2)和弱的相互作用(π-π堆积)而连接成链结构;对于配合物2,中心金属镍处于八面体构型环境,通过两种分子内氢键:O―H…O和N―H…O,分子间氢键O8―HO14…O5#1,O8―HO7…O3#2和N3―H3A…O3#3(#1:x-1,y,z;#2:x-1,y,z-1;#3:-x-2,-y+1,-z+2)形成氢键簇(每4个分子经由氢键连接成为一组).
