针对下肢运动康复的功能性电刺激控制模式研究进展

摘要 功能性电刺激(functional electrical stimulation,FES)是目前临床公认的对截瘫下肢运动功能恢复有效的治疗方法之一,其中,FES控制模式的选择是取得良好疗效的关键技术。近年来,FES技术已广泛用于康复医学、神经电生理学及生物信息学等领域,成为神经重建研究的必备工具,并取得了瞩目的研究成果。本文针对下肢运动功能康复与神经重建研究中各类FES控制原理、应用方法及其前景作一综述。
