摘要
综述陶瓷与金属钎焊时界面的形成、界面反应和界面残余应力等界面理论，介绍陶瓷钎焊所用钎料及典型工艺方法．
This paper summarizes some theories of the interface formation,the reaction and the residual thermal stress at the interface between ceramics to metal,and also introduces the brazing fillers and the brazing methods.
