摘要
阐述了闪光灯抽运钕玻璃棒热容型激光器重频工作方式下瞬态温度分布模型和热透镜焦距模型,进行了数值计算,并和常规冷却模式下进行了比较研究。结果表明:热容型激光器工作物质中心温度低于表面温度,温度梯度较小;热容模式下热透镜效应为负透镜效应,且热效应的变化趋势比冷却模式下简单得多,热畸变的大小比冷却模式也小,抽运结束后恢复到无畸变状态的时间较之冷却模式也短的多。最后分析了热透镜效应的补偿方法,利用动态调腔法是困难的,利用双压电晶片镜法是可行的。
The transient temperature distribution model and thermal lens focal model of flash tamp pumped heat capacity Nd:glass rod lasers in repetition rate operation are presented, the models are numerical calculated and compared with the conventional cooling operation. Numerical calculating results showed that the gain medium's temperature in interior is even lower than in surface, and the temperature grads is littler; the calculation manifests that the thermal lens effect of heat capacity operation is negative lens effect, and the changing of thermal effect of heat capacity is simpler than the conventional cooling operation. And the thermal distortion is much littler. And the time of thermal effect comeback of heat capacity is much shorter than the conventional cooling operation. Finally compensation method of thermal lens effect is analyzed, the method of dynamic adjusting cavity is difficult, while using two piezoelectric crystal mirror is feasible.
