摘要
针对《标准》中有关钢筋砼结构多层工业厂房可靠性综合鉴定评级和构件裂缝子项评定中存在的问题，进行了分析和探讨，并提出相应建议。
In connection with the problems existing both in the synthetic assessment and grading of the reliability of RC multistory factory building and in subitem evaluation about crack of the structure elements in the application of Standard(GBJ144—90),analysis about these problems as well as corresponding suggestions, are given.
