有晶状体眼后房型可植入接触镜矫治高度近视初步报告

摘要
目的探讨有晶状体眼后房型ICL植入术矫治超高度近视的疗效。方法对两例（3只眼）超高度近视眼患者于2006年10月和11月分别行有晶状体眼后房型ICL植入术。结果患者术后裸眼视力均超过手术前最佳矫正视力，术后随访6个月无白内障、高眼压、继发青光眼等并发症。结论有晶状体眼后房型ICL植入术安全、可靠、效果好。
