分类救治在地震批量伤员中的应用

Classification for the treatment of the batch wounded in earthquake

目的探讨"分类救治"在大批量地震伤员救治中的作用。方法分析我院在5.12汶川地震收治伤员的伤情和救治情况。结果我院地震后72小时共收治1 097例地震伤入院伤员,共开展手术169台(紧急手术39台,急诊手术29台,延期手术101台)。1个月后GOS评价,治愈出院574例,好转388例,无效84例,死亡51例。结论"分类救治"可为大量地震伤员的急救建立良好的救治体系,拓展伤员的救治空间,提高紧急救治效率。

Objective To discuss the role of ＂classification and treatment＂ for the rescue of the batch wounded in earthquake. Methods The clinical information and therapeutic efficacy of the wounded in our hospital during Wenchuan earthquake were analyzed. Results A total of 1097 cases suffered the earthquake were admitted within 72 hours. Among them, 169 operations were performed （ urgent operation 39 cases, emergency operation 29 cases,and delayed operation 101 cases）. The prognosis was assessed by GOS after treatment one month, and showed as follows ： 574 cases healed well,388 cases improved,invalid 84 cases, and 51 cases died. Conclusion The ＂classification and treatment＂ for the rescue of the batch wounded in earthquake might provide a better remedy system, expand the cure space and improve the remedy efficacy.
