Status of topical hemostatic agent in clinical application

摘要 止血是临床治疗的重要部分,本文简要概括了目前国内外临床常用的数种局部止血材料的性能、止血机制及其缺陷,有助于外科医生了解外科局部止血材料的止血特性和掌握其正确的使用方法,并展望未来止血材料的发展趋势。 Hemostasis is an important part of clinical treatment. This paper reviews the mechanisms,performance and shortcomings of different clinical topical hemostatic agents, which is helpful for sturgeon to know the characteristics of topical hemostatic agent and the right method to use it. At last the paper forecasts the development tendency of hemostatic agent in the future.
