摘要
目的:研究Notch信号配体分子Jagged1和Delta4在肝癌中的表达,并分析其与肝癌临床病理学参数的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法检测53例人肝癌组织标本中Jagged1和Delta4的表达,分析染色强度在临床病理学参数不同分组之间的差别。结果:Jagged1和Delta4均表达于肝癌细胞的胞质中,Jagged1在79.2%(42/53)的肝癌组织标本中有表达,其水平显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),Delta4表达于67.9%(36/53)的肝癌组织中,其水平与癌旁无明显差异。对临床病理学资料的统计学分析显示Jagged1和Delta4的表达在年龄大于50岁组均显著高于小于50岁组(均为P<0.05),且它们的表达在不同分化级别间差异显著(均为P<0.01)。结论:Jagged1的表达在肝癌组织显著高于癌旁组织,说明其参与肝癌的发病,Jagged1和Delta4与肝癌的分化有关,说明该两个分子可能影响肝癌的进展。
Objective. To investigate the expression of Jaggedl and Delta4 in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and study the association of their expression with clinicopathological parameters. Methods. Fiftythree human HCC tissue sections were detected by immunohistochemistry for the expression of Jaggedl and Delta4. The differences of clinicopathological groups for immunohistochemistry staining were analyzed by statistical methods. Results: Both molecules were expressed in the cytoplasm of neoplastic cells in HCC. Jaggedl was detected in 79.2% (42/53) of HCC tissues, and its immunoreactivity was much stronger in HCC than in adjacent nontumour liver (P〈0.05). Delta4 was expressed in 67.9% (36/ 53) of HCC, and it showed no difference between HCC and adjacent nontumour liver. Statistical analysis showed that the levels of both molecules were significantly higher in old patients (〉50 years) than in younger patients(〈or=50 years) (both P〈0.05). And there also had significant differences among different differention grades (both P〈0.01). Conclusion. Jagged1 expression level is higher in HCC than in adjacent nontumour liver, which indicates that this antigen is involved in the tumorigenesis of HCC. Both Jaggedl and Delta4 are correlated with tumor differentiation, which suggests that these molecules might take dfects on the progress of HCC.
