摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)、彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)在腮腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别中的作用。方法:用二维声像图(2DUS)、彩色多普勒血流显像、彩色多普勒能量图等超声方法检查腮腺肿瘤90例,按肿块的2DUS特征和血流特点判定为良性和恶性,检查结果与手术后病理对照,将同一肿块的CDFI与血流显示情况及其血流动力学指标进行对比分析。结果:CDFI显示恶性肿瘤的血流信号检出率高,良、恶性肿物的血流信号检出率分别为34.62%(18/52)、81.58%(31/38)。CDE显示恶性肿瘤的血流信号更丰富,两者有显著性差异。结论:彩色多普勒超声在腮腺良恶性肿瘤诊断中具有重要的价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler flow image (CDFI) in the differential diagnosis of parotid gland malignant tumors from benign ones. Methods: Ninety cases of parotid glands tumors were detected by 2D ultrasound, CDFI and color Doppler energy (CDE). The results of ultrasound examination (including 2D ultrasound, CDFI and CDE) and postopera- tive biopsy were compared. Results: CDFI demonstrated that detective rate of the malignant tumor was high. Blood flow signals could be detected by CDFI in 34.62% (18/52) of benign tumor, while the detective rate of malignant tumor was 81.58% (31/38). CDE showed richer blood flow signals of malignant tumors under the same conditions and there were significant differences between CDFI and CDE. Conclusion; Color Doppler ultrasound is valuable in the differential diagnosis of the parotid gland tumors.
