分析了企业危机产生的危机源及职能性危机要素,研究了企业危机形成的机理,建立了企业危机形成的三种模式,指出全要素互动是最具普遍性的危机形成根源,并提出了防控企业危机的对策和建议。

This article analyzes the dangerous source and functional crisis factors that induce the crisis to happen. It studies the forming mechanism of the enterprise crisis, sets up three kinds of forming modes of the enterprise crisis, points out total factors interaction is the universal forming crisis origin, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of preventing and controlling enterprise crisis.
